Hello!
I noticed that JYAML template isn't compatible with IE8. Even the JYAML demo site doesn't work (col3 dos not display) I saw on the JoomlaCode site that this is a know issue and that the temp fix was to download the latest YAML release (3.0.6 is what I saw) and overwrite the YAML base folder inside the JYAML template. This did not work for me. The main issue is that the #nav_main section lost all its formatting. For now I have added Code:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" /> Code:
<jdoc:include type="head" /> It looks like the new version of YAML has some pretty big changes so I am not surprised that JYAML has not been updated yet but I was wondering if you had any idea when you expected to have a JYAML package ready that was compatible with IE8? Thanks for all your hard work, JYAML is the best thing to happen to Joomla for me! In the mean time I hope this helps anyone else having this problem. - Craig |

Hello,
it easy to fix. Update ONLY the "core" directory. Grettings Reinhard
